That’s a +20.5 net rating(!!!!) and would rank #1 all time for offensive rating and #2 in the NBA this year in defensive rating

The small ball defense is getting better every game. And if we could win the rebounding battle like we are in that small sample with pj and Covington as the big we might be the most the dangerous team under the radar. And Jeff green looked good last night as the backup 5. He can run the same sets as Clint but he can pop out as an option as opposed to rolling towards the rim. The versatility is great. I don’t know how Morey does it but he always make this team better During the season.

Thing is though is that Rockets small ball is such an aberration during the season that it throws teams off. Most coaches don't tailor game plans too heavily for individual opponents during the season. So I don't think the defense during the season will tell too much. Not saying it's a mirage or won't work in the post season but I really am curious as to how it will work once playoffs hit and other coaches are zeroing in on how to attack that defense.

Looking forward to this Nuggets-Thunder game. Two of the only teams that still play somewhat traditional and don't just jack up 3's. And MPJ is back
