Yeah sg/SF
This might take a bit of mental calculus for everyone to get what they want. Like a 3 team trade. Because we stacked at bigs as well. Chandler contract kinda messes things up, word is Paul Allen dosent mind paying the tax, but he expects to win, not be a sub .500 team.

Idk....3 team is the only viable solution...

I wonder how Chandler would fit in with the Blazers.

I'mma be honest, I haven't really been impressed with him.

He grabs boards, but it's strange.Like he has no effect on the game.

You don't notice him during the game, but you look at the stat sheet, and he has 14 boards.

And for a guy with so much experience, his IQ is dusty.

But maybe Portland can bring that "Dallas Mavericks" version back

Same with Knight...dude is just a compulsive ball hog, tho. It's just him and the basket out there. That's why he commits so many turnovers.

It's Brandon Knight, the rim, and everything else is blurry.

I don't don't see Knight or Bledsoe as the long term solution at PG.

Knight should have been traded in the offseason when teams had crazy money. He can still be traded now but his value has gotten even worse since the season started. Playing against 2nd units this year and his efficiency has somehow gone down. .375 fg%.

This Bledsoe era of Suns basketball is kind of like the Marbury era of Suns basketball. A transition phase before the next great Suns team.

A nicca can only hope, breh.

We have a history of elite pg play.

Growing up, I watched Kevin Johnson, Jason Kidd, and Steve Nash.

Spoiled like a muthafukkah:mjcry:

Even Marbury looked like John Stockton compared to Bleds/Knight

Honestly me either, all i know is that we need a decent rim protector, Plumlee is cool, but he's not a big enough influence on D. I'd rather have solid rim protector than flashy passes. And what @Malta Always points out being legit 7 feet makes a difference, even though he's listed at 6'11, his biggest problems are against centers that are legit 7 feet, he'll going in for a high fly posterizing dunk, but by the very fingertips, every legit 7 footer is able to block his shot in mid flight at full acceleration like he was IT

Grabbing boards would be nice as well though :ehh:
But who knowS, a new landing place could be hope, for a renewed motivation to the game. Players have to buy into the system, that's one thing stotts is good at....

Don't let @MooseMouthMthafuga sell you on Chandler :lolbron:, his numbers look decent but he's a shell of his former self, and he got two years left on his deal after this season.

The same guy the Spurs & Warriors were trying to draft? Every big man on your team is :ld: ever stop and think that maybe your guards having something to do with it :mjlol:

They were trying to draft the guy they saw 5 years ago,not the guy hes turned into...its very easy to say anything in hindsight.

We dont have a clear front line big man,but the fact that Nogueira in his frist real stretch of playing meaningful minutes is making every one question what his role should be on this team says everything about Jonas...Every year JV's backup manages to take his minutes at the end of games and makes everyone question who should be the actual starter....It started with hansbrough,Biyombo and now bebe.

His ceiling is gone, hes a 13/9 guy who is a below average rim protector and defender. He's not suddenly going to become a 20/10 big man or star.
He will have the odd great game where he looks invincible and around that he'll look like a middling middle of the pack stiff...Which is closer to what he is.

Its becoming clear that we need to upgrade both the 4 and 5 to challenge anyone...Val keeps shytting the bed in big moments and everytime hes had a chance to step up against the top teams,he just shows again why hes mediocre...

Its his defense that giving Bebe a chance to shine...At least nogueira wil block some shots and make up for his mental mistakes, jonas cant even do that because his foot speed and lift are gone for some reason at 23...

Its time to move on from him....Team is better with Nogueira on the floor right now.

What else is sad is Poeltl has a better feel for the game defensively right now and he plays spot minutes....

Damn, you been holding onto this post for a minute I see.

You say this every year, then he delivers in the playoffs while your guards build homes :yeshrug:

Play Bebe and Siakam at the same time and see what happens :mjlol:

@Malta

It was funny to say Demar and Lowry took away from JV's game 3 years ago but the truth is it was a lie...They have to carry this team with high usage or we cant win...You cant rely on Jonas offensively, hes too inconsistent...hes not even a capable 3rd option.

He hasnt shown he can be consistent offensively to be relied on where he can demand the ball out of there hands...At least theyre proven scorers who have accomplished things in this league...Demar is averaging 28 a night on 48% and Lowry is averaging 21/7/6 how can we say logically there the problem ?

No Jonas hasnt developed into a capable 3rd option and thats why we rely on our guards so much...I
