There's nothing you can do realistically that will have you on the Cavs level, even if you somehow traded for Paul Millsap they'd still beat you. Just accept your fate already, only an injury to the Cavs will get you what you want.

You didn't hit those 3s though and you still taking the regular season results as a means of what will happen, thought you learned your lesson from this :wtf:

Ive accepted they can improve there team and defense by moving Val...You cant trade DeRozan or Lowry right now...

Val is on a reasonable contract for a 13/9 center...I recognize its time to move on from him.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Lowry is averaging 6.5 assists per game and has been a solid playmaker this year....Demar is melo's iso understudy...
That being said they havent had a decent 3rd option since theyve both been here.

If KL was on this team he would get touches and there usage would decrease because hes a real 2nd/3rd option which Val is not...

Demar has a 34.2 usage rate, he aint passing to nobody, stop it.

:dead:

Love would be putting up 15/10 on your squad and you'd be complaining about him not being a 3rd option right now. You can talk assists all you want, Bron is an all-time playmaker and controls a game better than damn near anyone.

Move him, plenty of teams would be happy to have him. You're talking about a 24 year old center :yeshrug:

A 24 yr old whos slow as fukk, has lost his athleticism and in his 5th year still cannot defend the PnR without looking like he just stepped on a court for the first time....

Getting blocked by Richard Jefferson at the rim in 2016 :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::trash:

I always get sucked in by one great game by him, then reality sets in a month later that he isnt taking that next step,it was just one game and it was against Drummond IE the only guy in the league that bites on his ball fakes...

I said on a raptors board that this is there time to try and win with there backcourt at there peak,Masai should be doing everything he can to put a 3rd guy on this team right now,cuz if they stay as is and wait for Bron to decline or retire, someone else younger will have next...

Lowry is 31 and Demar is 28

This nucleus doesnt have 5 years...So Masai is either content with 2nd place finishes the next few years or go all in now...

Breh, you're not winning it no matter what you do, you may as well hold onto Jonas, get him to lose 15-20lbs and just have some winning seasons until you can replace Lowry. Demar is young, 28 isn't that old in NBA sense especially at the weak 2, but 31 at PG is starting to get up there.

As long as LeBron is healthy you're not getting by them without that 3rd guy being Anthony Davis or some shyt, and when his reign is over the Bucks have the next transcendent wing player in the East. That is the real issue, you want to see them get some 3rd player and it really wont matter in the end.

I think you're right but you can't just punt opportunities when it's there assuming that other teams have it locked up so I actually agree with @Miggs here. The time for this Raptor core is NOW. They're one Lebron injury/mistep, lucky break away from being the best team in the East. We've seen what happened to the Clippers last year and how the Warriors were never the same after Curry's MCL injury. Lowry is at the end of his prime, why not make a run? Ross had grown into a bargain at this point at only 10 million a year the way he's playing this year. Plenty of teams would love Cojo.....Why not do something?

There's no reason why they shouldn't do anything they can to acquire a 3rd guy to try to win now. ATL is faltering, it's a long shot but shyt, do what you can to acquire Millsap. At the very least, you get a 3rd guy and if it doesn't work you still have Derozan locked up for the next 5 years or so.

Exactly..you cant just sit back and watch, you have 2 all stars and 1 most likely near the end of his prime, might as well go for it...

They had a top 5 player in Vince 15 years ago and they just thought the window would be there forever...Bron is Bron but at least Masai can say he tried instead of just settling for L's.

You win zero times you dont take a chance...and i disagree with @Malta I think the Cavs can be beaten right now,a 3rd guy or a top flight 4 can put us right there...

If it dont work you can break up the team or trade DeRozan,i wont be mad at least you tried...

I dont respect settling for 2nd and doing nothing, then Lowry either leaving next year or falling off the damn wagon and ur back to 6th place...When ur closer to the top you have to take a shot at it...

Injury is the only way they beat the Cavs, and it's not like other teams in the East cant make moves or improve.

Breh, yall lost to them by 15.5ppg in the ECF, yall are not making up that kind of gap trading for whats on the market right now.

I know you got your heart set on Boogie but you don't have the assets for it.
