Just wanted to remind you that you are way off on this.. I can almost guarantee the Clips will sweep the Blazers.. Mark me words (I watch the NBA religiously, not to mention I have money on the Clips)

I watch a lot of NBA games too but ya looks like u were more right so far.
I doubt it will be a sweep but the Clippers certainly looked like the superior team

So Stan Van Gundy says the Reggie Jackson technical foul should never happen and the team can't afford to give away points in the first quarter let alone the fourth. And then Reggie Jackson says this to reporters

"Nah, I wish I could get the call," he said. "I wish they had seen me get slapped on the arm. It felt, to me, blatantly obvious. Had to let them know." :dahell:

No remorse or even a hint that he regrets it at all. Give points away as an 8th seed, brehs :snoop:

I've been working on my own simulation engine using NBA.com/synergy tracking numbers plus line up plus minus stats etc. As well as some of my own opinion of course. It's pretty crude for now but I did 1600 simulations today and obviously the warriors came out the champions the most often, followed by spurs and Cavs.
The reason I'm posting tho is the Blazers have a legit chance to upset the clippers and might even give the dubs a series. They did really well especially when they went small with Crabbe and Aminu at the 3 and 4. And also the grizzlies literally have no shot, but everyone know that already. In fact I'd say it's more likely the Jazz somehow make the playoffs and advance than the grizzlies do.
Tell me more about your sim?

don't understand how some teams are getting 2-3 days off already while other teams are playing every other day.

The nba is sickening trying to extend these series when honestly half of these series will be sweeps.

just schedule it fairly for everyone like this

4/18
7:00 - Pacers - Raptors - NBA TV Game 2
8:00 - Celtics - Hawks - TNT Game 2
9:30 - Dallas - OKC - NBA TV Game 2
10:30 - Houston - Warriors - TNT Game 2

4/19
7:00 - Hornets - Heat - NBA TV Game 2
8:00 - Pistons - Cavs - TNT Game 2
9:30 - Memphis - SPurs - NBA TV Game 2
10:30 - Blazers - Clippers - TNT Game 2

4/20
8:00 - Hawks - Celtics - TNT Game 3
10:30 - Rockets - Warriors - TNT Game 3

4/21
7:00 - Toronto - Pacers - NBA TV Game 3
8:00 - Cleveland - Detroit - TNT Game 3
9:30 - Dallas - OKC - NBA TV Game 3
10:30 - Clippers - Blazers - TNT Game 3

4/22
7:00 - Miami - Charlotte - TNT Game 3
9:30 - Spurs - Memphis - TNT Game 3

4/23
1:00 - Pacers - Raptors - Game 4 ESPN
3:30 - Warriors - Rockets - Game 4 ABC
7:00 - Celtics - Hawks - Game 4 TNT
9:30 - Blazers - Clippers - Game 4 TNT

4/24
1:00 - Hornets - Heat - ESPN Game 4
3:30 - Pistons - Cavs - ABC Game 4
7:00 - Spurs - Grizzlies TNT Game 4
9:30 - Thunder - Mavs TNT Game 4

why wouldn't this work?

They aren't gonna schedule quadruple headers during the week breh :comeon:. No team is gonna play every other night or get 2 or 3 days between throughout the entire series. They usually flip it the second week so the teams that have the longer breaks the first week have shorter breaks and vice versa.

I wasn't suggesting they couldn't do it. I was saying they won't do it.

right, i understand that, but it makes it easier then making these series last 2 1/2 weeks when it's unnecessary

They want the series to last 2 weeks. The NBA and all of it's TV partners are dreaming of the day we have 8 game 7s in the first round. Never gonna happen. Closest we will ever get was a couple years go. But nonetheless that is the possibility they are foolishly holding out for. You see how once the 2nd round starts it's basically a game every other day.
