It's stuff like the above chart that makes me feel the grizz not having some grand wing player that can 'create off the dribble' is a bit overstated/overrated. That's not how san antonio won. They did it off swift ball movement that resulted in ridiculous 3 pt shooting.. and those sequences often came from tony parker pick and rolls that forced switches.. or defensive stops that led to transition offense.
PnR Conley, slim-gasol and paid-zbo are enough of a primary offensive threat and vince carter, lee, and pointdexter are good enough spot up shooters/drive and kick guys that memphis can score enough on offense to support their elite defense. When it comes down to them or the spurs, warriors, mavs, healthy OKC.. it'll end up being about bball IQ and coaching, as all those teams could give the other that work if the other doesn't come correct.
