That said, Adams does have a lot of potential defensively.
Smith playing PF isn't going to get them anywhere.
Aldridge or Ryno would allow them to space the floor as though Smith were a PF while still keeping him at the 3. Doesn't make sense to give up size advantage when the only other team in the league with similar size & youth at the 4/5 are the Jazz.
