I remember thinking y'all had a good draft, drafting Dieng and him.
I was actually jealous at the time but damn at best dudes can get is single digit minutes

Thought the same thing, but it's not their fault.

The team's been so beaten down with trying to develop guys, that for some reason, they equate developing players with losing, so they don't wanna try doing that since they wanna win (long story short, they feel incapable of winning AND focusing on improvement from young players). The fish rots from the head, what else can I say?
