Sets didn't really feel right today. Like I was going through the physical motions but my mind wasn't in the right place and technique was sloppy. Usually I workout in the morning, but I felt sluggish the whole day so I knew I wasn't going to do anything until later if I even did it at all.

Still, I hit everything I wanted to do except I bailed on the stationary bike after 20 minutes instead of 30 :pachaha:

Depending on how I recover over the next couple days this might just be a week to slow down

Can anyone here recommend me a solid 8-week lifting program?

Ideally looking for a M-F routine that hits the entire body and focuses on maintaining strength while I’m cutting.

Compounds and accessory work inclusive.

Could probably just run Russwole V3 and skip that 6th accessory only day. Go to page 14 for just the raw program spreadsheet


Or just split Day 6 across Day 3 and 4. I ran it maybe 4 years ago before I really started training to compete.

Today is one of those days where it is very easy to skip the gym. Cold, wet with heavy rain and since I don’t have a car. I have to bike to the gym :francis:

Still got in my leg day and an intense one at that. Consistently being consistent is the name of the game. Days like this are more proof that I should keep going. I told myself that 2025 is gonna different :manny: I’m showing up for myself every day even when I don’t want to

This rain really needs to let up..this ain’t the Cali I was told about. I think by next week Thursday we’ll be in the clear and I can get back to my Sunday cycling.

Leg today was meh. I had to abridge it because I had a 7am meeting to attend. Just wrapped up from the gym only to find out I was listed as optional for the meeting :snoop: :francis:

Still got in heavy DLs, leg press and some calf raises. No leg curls or leg extensions, though.

Just one of those days. Something is better than nothing and showing up is the name of the game.

I’ll be back tomorrow for shoulder and arms :salute:
