I’m sure very soon my lifts are gonna start stalling on this cut. I also think this will also be the last time I run Lyle McDonald’s plan once I finish end of August.
@Son Goku you got another plan rec? Possibly an intermediate plan focused on compound lifts
For September - December I’ll need to find a new lifting plan. Will still keep at least 1 soccer game on Saturday. May also toss in the occasional hike.
