you probably just ate a bit less. You know you’re blessed when “watching your diet” is about you having to eat more food :blessed:

I did, but I also ate nothing but takeout and fast food for over two weeks. Also had less weight gainer (#Powder).

Can't remember the last time I cooked or ate vegetables. :snoop:

Does anyone else here struggle to work out in the mornings? Every time I try morning workouts at around 6:30am, I just can’t. I have zero energy. Cardio is fine but weights are a no no. Sucks because afrwr work I have zero motivation to hit the gym and would want to get that shyt over in the morning
