Zero like can’t get warmed up or just never any juice?Does anyone else here struggle to work out in the mornings? Every time I try morning workouts at around 6:30am, I just can’t. I have zero energy. Cardio is fine but weights are a no no. Sucks because afrwr work I have zero motivation to hit the gym and would want to get that shyt over in the morning
I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am. As soon as I’m up I get my morning pre workout meal and get ready for the gym. By 6:30 am I’m there but there’s no energy for anything. It’s like my body still hasn’t woke up yet.Zero like can’t get warmed up or just never any juice?

You don’t train/recover properly that’s why your doms is WOAT. Hit the pms if you want some training tips and want to be a lifting GAWD otherwise stay flabbyFalse.
Quad DOMS where you can barely sit on the toilet?
Hamstring DOMS where you can't bend over to pick something up?
Lower back DOMS where you can't even sit right?

Can’t neg, it’s against my beliefs now. I have reformed while I was in the bing. If you want the hands come thru tho. And butch doesn’t train properly, it’s more than just lifting all week, you gotta know what you doing, why you doing it, what programs suit you best and how to progress all this shyt. Butch goes in blind and will forever be mediocre at best, you too.
