Had my first deadlift session in about 10 months yesterday, and I’m moving weight I’ve never moved … easily :ohhh:

Breh, last year was a crazy year for me. Only trained properly in February, trained only weekends from March to May.

I took more than half a week off for the first time since 2020 last week and feel all the way off. I also lost 4.8 lbs.

Still touching more weight on my "off" days than nikkas on they finest but still.


Prolly won't deload again in 2022. :hubie:
