I worked on legs yesterday.

Hang cleans - (first rep for each set was a power clean)
1. 10 reps at 95 lbs.
2. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
3. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
4. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
5. 5 reps at 135 lbs.

deadlifts
1. 10 reps at 135 lbs.
2. 8 reps at 225 lbs.
3. 6 reps at 245 lbs.
4. 5 reps at 265 lbs.
5. 3 reps at 285 lbs.
6. 1 rep at 305 lbs.

Any reason you do the lighter weights first? I always start with the heaviest and by the time I get the set with the lighter weights it's a :blessed: feeling.

I do workouts starting heavy first and then go down, also. In those workouts, you can usually go heavier because you are not spent yet.
Reversing it makes it challenging to get close to your 1 rep max that you are capable of doing when not worn out. It's a mental thing. You need to focus more, get angry more, whatever to do a weight you are capable of doing.

warmup sets

its important to get limber before you do power moves or "heavier" weight

Feel like my physique has changed since I started doing strength and conditioning stuff a few weeks ago. I'm doing the hypertrophy phat stuff 3x a week and S&C 2x, shyt's been great feels good to change things up. I feel like I lost some mass but have kept my strength and a bit more explosive.

side note what's the name of that rubber band shyt you put on your waist that pulls you back when sprinting? There's like a weighted dummy you're supposed to takedown/tackle at the end, it took me two weeks before I could reach it. :deadcena:
