I worked on legs yesterday.
Hang cleans - (first rep for each set was a power clean)
1. 10 reps at 95 lbs.
2. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
3. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
4. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
5. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
deadlifts
1. 10 reps at 135 lbs.
2. 8 reps at 225 lbs.
3. 6 reps at 245 lbs.
4. 5 reps at 265 lbs.
5. 3 reps at 285 lbs.
6. 1 rep at 305 lbs.
I do workouts starting heavy first and then go down, also. In those workouts, you can usually go heavier because you are not spent yet.Any reason you do the lighter weights first? I always start with the heaviest and by the time I get the set with the lighter weights it's afeeling.
