came home from deployment last oct, went heavy on the fast food and beer and got a lil gut going but i put that down and started lifting again in feb even when i got covid. 2 months back i signed up for boxing and that shyt kicks my ass but i love it.

anyone else do the boxing thing? How do yall balance that and cardio days and days for lifting?

If you have the extra calories and carbs to spare you can spread some cake icing on it but not top much of course
