I was shyt in class this week. Gotta get more sleep and cut carbs. Feeling bloated and slow. Also ready to get back to trying to put up good strength #’s

And I’m cutting carbs this week to drop the bloat I have from junk food and alcohol, that’s not the diet I’mma run while strength training. This week is cardio, medium weights and clean eating for a nice reset

Just brought Craig Monson Book and starting one of his workouts, lots of Volume 5 - 8 sets for each body workout between 6 - 12 reps, 5 -7 exercises for each bodypart, and going heavy My body is responding great, hella sore but my body responded

I’m at 2k calories with roughly 500 burnt via my workout this morning

I can’t hi them gym again as I was driving to work from the gym and forgot my last name :damn:

yesterday I forgot how to spell percent :damn:

my goal is to stay under 1700

I can’t hi them gym again as I was driving to work from the gym and forgot my last name :damn:

my goal is to stay under 1700

If you are low carbing I know you hurting lol. I don’t think I can eat low calories & workout without a decent amount of carbs.

I had two of those nature valley almond butter biscuits for breakfast and the chipotle chicken bacon flatbread pizza from Panera for lunch a few mins ago
