2 things this week that made me shake my head in the gym

1. Poor spotting...a cat was doing incline dumbbell presses and struggled to get them up and said help..his homie was standing there stupidly for like 10 secs until I was like yo what are you doing? take a weight from his hand :gucci:

2. Some young cat was being stupid doing dumbbell presses with like 30 lbs...when he was done with his shyt he'd slam the weights down :gucci:..until the last time he did and it hit the bench I was on.. I told him you're not putting no type of weight to be doing that shyt.. I had 115's in each hand and not doing what he was doing. .I told him if he does that again and hits my bench or me I was fukking him up..period:demonic:...he got all :whoa: and moved a couple benches further down

Ppl dont take the gym serious smh

the people in the first story they were also the same ppl i mentioned in another story i posted about a couple weeks ago....about how close they got to getting their legs snapped on the leg press and being a gym fukkery highlight :heh:

Fuxk it. Ik women don’t wanna be approached in the gym but next time I see a baddie(which should be a few months from now, suburban mom ass gym:mjcry:) imma go for it. My college is still online, bytches my age I see day to day are out of shape for the most part, can’t lose in this situation :yeshrug:ik it’s against gym etiquette but fuxk it:yeshrug:

RDL’s and Squats followed by a full upper body workout. 60 mins flat, 555 cals burned :banderas:

think this is what I’mma roll with on my own, a couple complex leg exercises and then all upper. Legs get enough work between spin, biking and class

Correct except switch coastie with National guard:mjcry: and I’m running alphadestiny novice program, he said to start the program with empty bar and then add 5 each workout, fukk you want me to do? Especially with the fact that 23 year old alphadestiny know more about lifting and bodybuilding in general than you old heads ego lifting, I’ll never take y’all advice over his:yeshrug:my numbers are tight and so is diet most of the time:yeshrug:the sarms were gonna be for aesthetics, I ain’t chasing lift numbers like y’all except for deadlift cuz that’s the only one I enjoy, fukk around and get me a gym baddie to just to spite you:russ:
