The manager at my gym is an obese breh who’s about 350lbs. Every time I see him, I’m like you work in a gym; can you seriously not take an hour on your lunch break or at least come in early every day and get some workout in? :gucci:

How you surrounded by all this fitness equipment and not even motivated to do something. It’s pathetic

But it's not a myth:gucci:

Myth? :mjlol:

Gotta remember some folks only putting up one or two plates and don't go heavy enough to actually see this in action. :francis:

Yeah, nah. Its definitely true.

Will it have your rectus super-defined like direct ab work? Prolly not, especially at only 1-2x a week though. Back when I squatted every day, sometimes twice a day, for 11 weeks straight on a bulk, my abs were never more defined and I only hit em maybe once or twice a week for 3 - 6 sets total. YMMV. :yeshrug:

C’mon brehette :stopitslime:

you knew those shorts were two sizes too small when you stepped out the house and now you got half your asscheeks out and half the gym staring at you at like :takedat:

Didn’t need to go off ole boy for catching a peak...he was, shall I say “distracted”

Anyway, chest and shoulders today.

Getting old :flabbynsick:

Not necessarily. I deadlifted yesterday and am headed to the gym in 10 rn. I feel fine.

Deads use a lot of energy but don't drain my batteries as much as squats do, some of it may be structural differences.

I'd rather go pull for an hour than go back squat for an hour. :ehh:

What sport is the best for people in their high 20s, early 30s to stay athletic and fit in the long run?

I was thinking on doing some boxing training.
