At your spoiler: It's really not impossible, you're just not doing it right. MBJ wasn't even big or shredded in that movie (no hate), he was just Hollywood in-shape, so a physique like that is definitely achievable natty.

If you can't make it through a novice program what makes you think roids would help? You still wouldn't be consistent and you'd just end up taxing your heart and liver for nothing.

How long have you been lifting? If you're doing a novice program it sounds like you haven't been lifting long so you shouldn't even be thinking about PEDs. No offense but you need to learn more about diet, lifting, and your body before going down that route otherwise you'll just be risking your health for minimal gains.
