shyt changed my whole (gym) outlook on life. :blessed:


I used to be a gym simp :scust:, I'd actually :cape: for folks like "whoa B, you finna break your spine deadlifting like that :whoa:". Then I learned about the Law of Conservation of Mass (and Aesthetics) and now I'm like :yeshrug: "eh, not his back, not his business."



Plus the more folks that snap their shyt up the less people there'll be crowding up the gym. I'm not wishing ill on these randoms but I won't save them from getting on that bus either. :ehh: "I ain't tryna save a hoe, the only thing I save is dough."

Depends. If I’m in a rush after lifting I’m going to get a shake. Usually I’m not hungry after lifting in the AM so I stay more consistent having a shake and then a full meal later :manny:. Convenience comes into play a lot of times.

They're not mutually exclusive, I can use both to my advantage.

Also, there is no "real food" equivalent to #Powda (preworkout). :mjlol:

Tbf it took me years to be a “lean” 200lb, without doing all the extra shyt like supplements and peds. People not to quit thinking this shyt is an overnight process or even a 6 month journey. It takes years to build shyt.

I went from <172 lean to 202 lean in less than 9 months (Jun '15 to Jan '16) and I had never squatted or deadlifted (started with the bar). :wow:

Biggest I got was 197. Felt big, looked good to myself and others, and my arms actually looked decent:wow:. Boutta say fukk natty life and hop on steroids:wow:only getting lean cuz lately people (including other men:dame:) have told me I should get into modeling and I want that coin. What is around the same weight? If they are dropping 15-20 lbs that is not around the same weight.

In a vain way I miss the looks I got in street clothes when I was bulked up. But I feel like Rock Lee when he dropped the leg weights rn :russ:
I’m at my biggest weight wise right now but I don’t feel as big / bulky because I’ve actually been maintaining a decent diet, along with cardio.


I’m very fit, but not big / bulky. That’s another reason why I say that magic number doesn’t hold any weight( no pun intended) over body composition.
