There’s this Popeyes that’s on the same route as the one I walk from the gym to my house and the chicken smell that comes from it when I’m on my way home and starving is just :noah:

I have to really force myself to ignore it and go home and drink some salad smoothies as my post workout meal. Imma need to treat myself every Friday after gym or else or I’ll go mad

Hit full body, upped the weight or volume for everything. Shoulders and hams already sore AF 30 mins later. Been laying on my floor looking at this ab workout for 20 mins...at some point I’ll move again and actually complete it :heh:

You merely adopted the full body. I was born on it, molded by it.

Ended up doing 5.3 miles. Was 85F with some pretty intense sun. Did the first 2.5-3 miles straight. The last bit was a mix of running and walking.

Felt great though. Jump rope is good but I think I’m far enough on this cut that I can start incorporating one to two 3 mile runs into my weekly routine.

No ankle or knee flare ups so I think I’m in the clear.

Finishing up first week of the new 5/3/1 cycle... FSL 5x5 for leader and then will do 5/3/1+ jokers for anchor.


Will be adding more moderate cardio (long jogs) and I can already tell I need to increase cals.... mostly in the form of carbs since last 2 months have been <100 minus cheat days :mjlol:.

pleased to have lost 10 pounds in the last 2 months while still making ~20% gains on all key lifts (most likely noon gains but hey :yeshrug:)

I was #Powda-deficient for the last 3 and a half weeks while I was OT.

Now I'm byke. :blessed: Went 2 hrs, 58 mins all weights (5/3/1 Pull Day). :dahell: :dead:

Rn my accessory lifts ain't shyt but I can still squat and pull with the real ones. :ehh:
