Have a protein shake as your only food on Sunday after Deads and then lift Monday fasted like an idiot brehs.

But naw, for real, I think I mighta ate dinner once or twice all of last week. I'm in the same boat.

These workouts are taking so much out of me I be too tired to get up and eat food. :snoop: :deadmanny:

Exactly. My cardio and strength is coming back on line so I can usually push through but this weekend was a goof. Going to force dinner tonight but yeah half the time I’ve been skipping for no reason.

Made a point of eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner today. That, plus the mass gainer will start me off in the black this week.:feedme:

Either gonna start meal prepping or using a meal delivery service. There's no excuse for me not to be eating.:hhh:


Oh, and I'm ordering pizza later. :obama: Gotta carb up for 5-6 more days of squatting this week. :youngsabo:

I take up to 5-7 minutes of rest for lifts @ 98% or more, so I guess I take powerlifting breaks. :leon:


I also lift more than most of the same motherfukkers that would complain about me taking too long so :yeshrug:.

Yeah our gym is basically 1/3 of what it usually is due to them having to moving it outside because of California law. We have two power racks available so when brehs are taking long ass breaks or having conversations it tends to be a little more frustrating for everyone else in the gym.

Also, being stronger doesn't excuse people from common courtesy.

Yep I don't miss social hour at the gym. Use to go to Planet Fitness to avoid dealing with it.
