I'm down to 165lbs from 210lbs, was 270lbs 10 years ago too. Starting to slowly see results and going up in weight with dumbbells and machines. Feeling really fukkin good :ahh:

Bout to run a speed session today. Running late as hell compared to my normal gym schedule. Not planning on being there for even more than thirty minutes. Enough time to hit up some squats or some bench press or maybe even both. Do some pull ups too. Could've stayed my ass at home cuz I was running late but I said fukk it lets go even if it's for a little while. #everyrepcounts

Well done, in how long, what did you do

This gonna sound goofy but got a Apple iWatch, set my calorie goal to 650, burn twice that daily and have done some form of activity EVERYDAY for 202 days now (November 26). I do cardio in the morning for 1 hour, and after work I do weights, started that about 3 weeks ago, also 100 push ups for 36 days now and bike riding on the weekends. My sugar intake is cut down, got to still work on the sodium, haven't had red meat since February, stopped smoking cigs 2 months on the 22nd, and stopped smoking weed daily also for 2 months, now it's once in a blue moon. It was now or never for me
