After watching Larry Wheels, Kevin Oak, BTC, Juju, Dr. Deadlift, Clarence Kennedy and others...I've come to the realization that I should get out of the habit of pigeonholing my routine to a day of the week, (e.g. "It's Monday so I have to do back and chest", etc.).

I'm going to do whatever the fukk I want if my body wants to do it :dame:.

So this week I've done two days of pure compounds with a third having been just some minor things.

Two days I've done the following: deads, paused back squats and military press with some ancillary things at the end like lat pulldowns and decline push ups.

Last night I just did some dumbbell bench, landmines and flys...I wanted to do lower back teasers instead of the flys but some dikkhead broke the damn roman chair and I didn't want to do no damn good mornings.

I'm taking today off to see Deadpool 2 and I may just go in tomorrow to do some cardio and work on my mobility and flexibility. If everything goes well I'll be gucci for a heavy ass Saturday and Sunday :birdman:.

Its just a matter of getting started and making it a habit. For me personally it was hard to get startrd but once i got in tje groove I would become annoyed when I didnt get it in.

Back at it and never felt better. Before a couple days ago I took a 2week break. Wasnf't eeling myself, felt fat, all that shyt, checked the scale when I went back to the gym to find out a nikka actually LOST weight :dwillhuh: went from 190 to 182. Crazy. But fukk it it looks like 180-185 is my best range. I'mma stay there.
