It's seen as a "feminine" bodypart though...if I rock khakis and a button up the broads go to the ass first.

I remember doing a track meet when I was younger and bytches were cat-calling me when I came out in the 6" shorts...I've been self-conscious about it ever since. :mindblown:

Military press brehs.... how do u do them w/o ur back hurting? I feel like when I do em I lean back too much and it kinda hurts my lower back.


Try and keep the bar path as close to your body/face as you comfortably can and move it in a consistent way on the way up and on the way back down, a military press is more of a movement than a lift in my view.

most people engage their lower backs by rocking trying to bob and weave out of the way of the bar path while raising and lowering a weight that they might not be ready to take thru a full ROM (not saying you specifically, u might OHP more than I do for all I know) but that slight bit of wasted motion can be dangerous I think

Then again that Kevin Ogar injury a couple of years ago (Google at your own risk) is why I'm super cautious with with weight above my head.

Bruhs Im leanin back holdin a measly ass 110lbs damn near shaving my face. shyts might just not be for me. Anyone try doing shoulder press with a trap bar? I'm thinking that will be the best balance... keep the weight in line w/my center of gravity (so no lumbar loading) but give more range of motion/avoid trap city like behind the neck press.

Didn't go to the gym to do chest yesterday..(or even leave the house)..and I'm going to be working late today and tomorrow so I won't be working out again until Wednesday

I just had a cheat item (brownie with some cream cheese :flabbynsick: / :noah: ) and I'm sitting at this desk oh shyt :snoop:

I got a good back and shoulder workout Sat at least :sadcam:

Gonna make sure I do some walking up and down this hill around lunch time when I go to the bank and PO.

I played hockey on Saturday. That was tiring. I tried to sprint as often as possible to get a high-intensity workout. Didn't score any goals, but worked on my passing. I can't do slap shots anymore with my shoulder so that's pretty sad.
