Y do people do insane bulks like 1500 over maintence shyt? If you not on gear you only gaining like 2 lbs of muscle AT MOST. So you gaining like 10 lbs of fat tooo, idk am i missing something?

All that bulking looking like muscle is being put on only to realize it was mostly just glycogen being sucked in that dissapears when cutting:wow:

That struggle for the non-genetically gifted:mjcry:

knowing this is so easy to discern who on that cell tech and who isn't :mjcry:

I ran 2 miles and then worked on back and triceps.
I feel like a mega-turd only being able to do cable-rows with 60 lbs. but I don't have cartilage left in my right shoulder. I pull it and hold for a second for burn and do high reps. It's sad. Triceps, I was able to go heavy on cable tricep pull-downs.

The Last of the Outlaws
Week 3 of Sheiko starts tomorrow. Kicking myself that I didn't start a log here if for no other reason than y'all could give me those "quit whining" kicks in the ass on the rough days :laugh:

So far so good now that I'm adapting, not as face punchy as I was the first week. Jesus I was grumpy according to my co-workers. Looked a lot easier on paper than in application initially.

Hoping to ride this out thru the end of the year, at the end I'm gonna attempt a 450 squat on NYE

Just found out about complexes. Trying my 1st one when I hit the gym in a few hours after work. I'm going to start off with just the barbell and see how it goes.
