Reupped my LA Fitness membership the other day after not being in regularly since January. For once im bout to focus on healthy eating and a rigid workout regimen, my girl put me onto bodyspace and a meal planning app. I know my way around the gym, just gotta be disciplined. What workout from Bodyspace do yall recommend?
