copped musclepharm's black label creatine, some whey isolate, and some C4 preworkout.

Im doing an experiment. Ima load up with 20gs of creatine for a week or 2 and see what the results.

a lot of working out is mental and if you got a good support group it can push you to new limits :salute:

benched 315 5 times today :mjcry:

just a month ago 315 woulda been a 1 and done and I would rarely do it (just every few months to see if I could do it)

now ive been hitting it multiple weeks in a row and adding more reps :mjcry:

Reupped my LA Fitness membership the other day after not being in regularly since January. For once im bout to focus on healthy eating and a rigid workout regimen, my girl put me onto bodyspace and a meal planning app. I know my way around the gym, just gotta be disciplined. What workout from Bodyspace do yall recommend?

Right now I'm 6'3 190, trying to cut fat and build some muscle.
we the same height and I got you by 60+ lbs :damn:

IDK your physique (so I`m going to assume you are skinny fat) but I would bulk SLOWLY up to 215-220 for a yr, then cut down to say 210 or what ever looks acceptable bf wise. Better to get the bulk out the way and build muscle first than to cut then try to put up muscle and get fat again.

I ain't even trying to get anywhere near 220. Can't see myself caryrying more than 215 honestly. But nah I ain't skinny fat, I played a lot of basketball, do some circuits with my girl, and did Sworkit workouts every once in a while i was out of the gym

My upper body is thicker (II), broad shoulders/chest, ab-less skinny midsection, and I have skinny legs(fukk genetics)

For reference, this is me last summer. My arms arent as big since I haven't been lifting

The only reason I said bulk to 220 or close is just so you dont have to worry about gaining wait and having to diet again. Assuming you haven't really lifted in the past, you will get some good Noob gainz, and if you do it slow you will minimize fat gain, dieting sucks so at least after you have one good bulk, you can do one good cut, and then just maintain from there on and gain muscle slowly and comfortably.
