Im doing an experiment. Ima load up with 20gs of creatine for a week or 2 and see what the results.

Seems unneeded from my understanding 5g a day should be enough.I might do it. might just only do 10gs since creatine is in the meals I eat naturally.

What workout from Bodyspace do yall recommend?

IDK your physique (so I`m going to assume you are skinny fat) but I would bulk SLOWLY up to 215-220 for a yr, then cut down to say 210 or what ever looks acceptable bf wise. Better to get the bulk out the way and build muscle first than to cut then try to put up muscle and get fat again.

I ain't even trying to get anywhere near 220. Can't see myself caryrying more than 215 honestly. But nah I ain't skinny fat, I played a lot of basketball, do some circuits with my girl, and did Sworkit workouts every once in a while i was out of the gym
My upper body is thicker (II), broad shoulders/chest, ab-less skinny midsection, and I have skinny legs(fukk genetics)
For reference, this is me last summer. My arms arent as big since I haven't been lifting
