On your first pass of gvt I wouldn't worry about little shyt like eccentric and concentric or even time between sets.I'm still cuttingBut Im curious about that GVT shyt. Are you brehs doing the 4 second eccentrics

I def want to utilize some different phases when I get back to bulking... volume phase, strength phase, etc etc. Instead of just training straight on one program.
I'm shocked I've been able to do low carb and gvt together
