Yeah :lupe: myself.

I'm not changing my workouts so my nutrition is the only variable change. After that four week period it might make sense to dabble with GVT. My gym energy is so high right now I might as well use the fuel properly.
Yea my shyt would Hindenberg trying it now. Im dialed in for the cut. But Im trying to cash in heavy on gains once I get back on that wave. I tried some glycogen depletion workouts.... just 5 sets of bench had me :whoa: Had to humble myself a bit :o::o::o:

I'm still cutting :whoa: But Im curious about that GVT shyt. Are you brehs doing the 4 second eccentrics :lupe: Or just hitting 10x10

I def want to utilize some different phases when I get back to bulking... volume phase, strength phase, etc etc. Instead of just training straight on one program.
On your first pass of gvt I wouldn't worry about little shyt like eccentric and concentric or even time between sets.

I'm shocked I've been able to do low carb and gvt together :krs: and actually gain weight too. This upcoming week is my last week on it and then I'm taking a little hiatus to reap my six weeks of hard work

It's not really a particular outline. But I do this for example:

Monday- lower body A
Zercher squat 10x10
Some other lower body exercise 3x10
(Hit lower body B 4 days later)

Tuesday rest

Wednesday- upper body A
Chinups 10x 10
Overhead press 3x10
(Hit upper body B 4 days later)

Thursday rest

Friday- lower body B
hex bar deadlift 10x10
Lower body exercise of my choice 3x10

Saturday rest

Sunday- upper body B
Ring dips 10x 10
Rows or some shyt 3x10

I went to the gym for the first time last week - got a monthly membership. It's a bit far away though, but it's cheap.

I gave myself terrible DOMS but I'm looking forward to starting a proper program next week. Hopefully I'll have something to post in starting point as an update. I enjoyed the workout and it feels good to be active. The next step is finding a sport or, even better, a martial art to do after I achieve a base level of fitness. I'm incredibly unfit, and it's baffled most people because they think I'm wasting my physique (I am to be fair). So I'm at least gonna rectify that a little before I reach 27 in August.

I'm in LA - Hollywood, I have a car from this Thursday, any decent gyms that give free day passes or decent gyms I can go to.

I heard that Golds Gym do free passes.
