Ive heard good things about belt squats. No back loading or grip necessary. shyt rests on your hips, hits quads hard as hell. Can't get comfortable using those, but I hate the front squats period. I may try them again.

at least 48 hours....For those of you who work the same body part more than once a week, how many days do you wait before hitting the muscle group for the 2nd time? Also, should I go light/more reps for 1 session then heavy/less reps for the 2nd? I'm thinking about adding another back and arm workout to my routine each week. My goal is to gain more definition in my back and grow my arms a bit.

…years ago I remember taking one of those old school diet pills (the ones that are banned now), and then smoking a joint.
I forgot I took the diet pill when I got high (I wasn't a regular smoker at this point)…but all of a sudden I had the feeling that I was dying…I swear to god I thought I was in my last minutes on earth
walking around like

Tried to do 100 deadlifts with 225lbs. Decided to stop at 80. I'm seeing stars
Edit: went back and completed the last 20
Good for you
Speaking from experience, the risk of injury is not worth it. Squatting more than that is useless in real life unless you are a paid athlete. One injury can set you back for a long time. A simple hip strain has damaged my entire lower body mechanics, and I got that strain from 5X5 squatting.
Dudes dont wanna hear it until it happens to them.
