Since I sit all day at work I think it's wise to have daily GLUTE work no matter what. One set of squats or deads or thrusts or clean pulls shall be mandatory no matter what that day's workout calls for.
Why not hip thrusts breh :ehh:

I know some bodybuilders avoid direct ab work because it makes your midsection wider, and bodybuilding is all about keeping the waist slim to maximize that V shape.

Some people need bigger raviolis, only way to grow that is direct work. Waist size is pretty much determined by genetics anyway.... if u have big Trina hips it dont matter what u do. I thank God daily for being a narrow waist nikka

My First Day(of what shall be many)and I was fukking:deadmanny:doing some DUT(Daily Ultimate Training),I was so Dizzy,Light Headed etc I almost wanted to Vomit so I took a Seat for a bit...after a while I went back in and finished up:whew:I linked up wit one of the Trainers and im to meet again on Friday

Realized today that 2 of the workouts I enjoy doing ain't doing shyt for me, or are resulting in imbalances.

Woodchoppers - I never feel burn in the obliques during and no strain after. I do 5x10 on 35kg's (ridiculous weight for a beginner like me). Thought its form but all the tuts I review show that I'm hitting form spot on.

Preacher curls - Right arm keeps taking taking over and doing all the work. Problem is dumbbells in my range are always taken, look around the floor and some b*stard has 6 on the ground and is using 2 for flies :stopitslime:. I need more plates for the ones I have at home.

Stupid questions:

What can you lift more on BB Flat a Bench with you but off the bench

I feel more activation I my core than man legs on most forms of squats. Why is that?
