@Serious, @houston911 yall still been hittin the gym?
Finally at a point where I can do pull ups and chin ups, as someone who can pull 525 from the floor I couldnt keep ignoring that basic movement
It might not be impressive for say @semtex who one armed rows small farm animals but I'm damn proud. I made dem gains in 2014![]()
I thought this was banned by the fdaEphedra is a no-go for me. No point when ephedrine HCL is available in a properly regulated product like Bronkaid.
Do you mean you couldn't do them at all or a certain number of reps? Finally at a point where I can do pull ups and chin ups, as someone who can pull 525 from the floor I couldnt keep ignoring that basic movement

I haven't touched that shyt in years, I swear I almost went to cardiac arrest one time. But that shyt works. I thought I could lift cars and shyt like nothing. I would PR in the gym like nothing. DL and squats were nothing. I would finish both sets within 15 minutes, feeling no pain, actually felt like I could do more, but I always stopped short because my routine never called for extra exercises...Just wanted to let my gym brehs know incase y'all didn't,there's a class action settlement for people that bought oxyelite pro and jacked,up to $150 with no receipts required,I actually bout some off of amazon but didn't bother to get receipts,I claimed I got 2 of each, expecting a $110 check in a few months, use it for supplements![]()
I learned this along time. I never take any advice from people in the gym, especially on nutrition.New Years Resolution:
No more nutrition talk with anyone not interested is researching and articles
Nope
It's so frustrating. People who played a year of college sports in the early 2000's trying to school you on nutrition. People who don't work out and have zero fitness goals trying to tell you what works best for you individually.I learned this along time. I never take any advice from people in the gym, especially on nutrition.
Some of the bs I've heard, just hurts my head listening too. I got a dope book on nutrition if anyone is interesting, I read it in college, it's an easy read through(not too heavy on the science jargon), but it's very informative on myths and propaganda in the media...
