I have a heavy leg workout yesterday, it's been a long time. My power level is definitely down since pre-surgery.
I jogged 2 miles. Still need to get cardio and stretching in first.
Then, I warmed up with 135 lbs.
Then I did 9 sets of 5 reps at 225 lbs.
