Summer has been going as expected so far. Increased the amount of soccer I’m playing to 3/4x a week. Only lifting 2-3x a week though but that’s fine, I want to take advantage of the warmer and longer days by getting more footie in.

2hrs Tuesday, 90 mins Thu, 2hrs Saturday then about an hour on Sunday is where I’m at with soccer now. That Sunday game be taxing my body though
