If you don't lift for hypertrophy why are you giving advice about how to get bigger legs?Folks get aggy when I tell them I don't lift for hypertrophy (it's true); I focus on getting these numbers up. Meanwhile, they're focused on hypertrophy while having poor exercise selection and not eating enough to support growth and then don't understand why they're weak and small.

You won't find a single IFBB pro who has conventional squats in their prep routine. It's inefficient for quad/ham growth. You and @Serious telling people to just do squats to get big legs is some shyt I'd expect to hear 15-20 years ago on misc.
I gotcha. But that doesn't address what you said about skinny legs and efficiency. Squatting 3x/week is not the most efficient way to get bigger legs. That's hypertrophy, not strength. If you want to get bigger legs, what I mentioned is much more efficient and targeted towards leg growth than conventional squats.
