I got into lifting after it got banned and people was posting eBay links in a thread to expired original jack3d containers and telling em to hurry :damn:

I know those feels. :mjcry:


When the og Dr. Jekyll got discontinued, I was buying up them (unexpired) tubs up like Elaine was buying sponges. :dame:


Half of em were still bad but I don't regret a thing. :sadbron:

Yes my lifts didnt suffer at all. My gym sessions just took longer because i needed more rest time.

Day 6/7 killed me tho, i believe without goikg to the gym i could have gone longer but the gym really killed me in the end.

Going to do one next week, to look right for christmas

mon: chest + 45 min cardio (30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 15 min running at 8 km/p)
tue: shoulders and tri-cipes + 45 min cardio (30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 15 min running at 8 km/p)
wed: back and bi-ceps + 45 min cardio (30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 15 min running at 8 km/p)
thu: chest + 45 min cardio (30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 15 min running at 8 km/p)
fri: legs + 45 min cardio (30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 15 min running at 8 km/p)

during the fast I added

sat: 30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 30 min incline walking 5% at 5 km/p
sun: 30 min incline walking 12% at 5 km/p and 30 min incline walking 5% at 5 km/p

If dude follows such a poorly programmed split I doubt he's using much intensity on the cardio front.

Most folks that don't know how to lift don't know how to train PERIOD in my experience. :yeshrug:
