Last night heavy upper day was amazing .

I haven’t been I literally just got back in the swing of things .

Plus adding a third day is what’s making me sore not to mention stair master after leg days .

I’m trying to find the right balance of barbell squats for my pinched nerve. The last episode set me back almost two months.

Just got back in the gym a few days ago. I might have to stick to deads only.
