I have a buncha gym "friends": I only see them motherfukkers at the gym, don't meet up with or hang out with them outside the gym, and we don't workout together - ever. :ld:


We just chop it up, make fun of newbs, I sometimes give them advice or spot them on a lift and KIM. :yeshrug:

I def am and I took advice def drinking mad water . I also didn’t load like you said not to do just doing 5gm.

Remember, some folks are also nonresponders.

5g is also the upper limit.

Unless you're 200lbs or more, I'd prolly go at the lower end of the daily rec (3g) and save myself a few pennies a year.
