However I’d use this time to stretch everyday.
It doesn’t take much.
Just dedicate 5-15 minutes to stretching 5-6 times a week at home.
It’s worked wonders for me.
Had a great 6am workout and was craving a bagel, but then I remembered I’m IF and can’t eat until 230PM.
So I’m sure the craving will pass by that time lol
