Monday I set up on the platform attached to the rack I was using before some broad came in while I was in the other room benching. Didn't say not one word or pay her any attention, just got to work. She "finished" after I had done my first warmup set.:yeshrug:

Entitled yt broad asked me if she could use the box I was sitting on even though it was a weak Asian creh right next to me with one too. I let her hit the :camby: .


Meanwhile, the weak Asian dude stopped and politely asked if he could cross my platform to switch racks. :mjlol:

When you think you done snapped some shyt up but after hours of stretching it, smoke a joint and you now feel the pain/discomfort subside and conclude it was just a bad crick.

I’d lay off training for a week. In case you just extra rest from overtraining.

However I’d use this time to stretch everyday.

It doesn’t take much.

Just dedicate 5-15 minutes to stretching 5-6 times a week at home.

It’s worked wonders for me.

im just laying off the running and certain leg exercises..i got my knee sleeves to wear for the next couple of weeks or so
