I’d lay off training for a week. In case you just extra rest from overtraining.

However I’d use this time to stretch everyday.

It doesn’t take much.

Just dedicate 5-15 minutes to stretching 5-6 times a week at home.

It’s worked wonders for me.


Any excuse for motherfukkers to stop working. :martin:

Most don't, especially if they're not SOF operators or pro athletes.

What most people think is overtraining is actually the beginning stages of overreaching. Overtraining isn't going hard for a week or two, it's months of sustained overreaching.

Nobody in this thread is overtraining except @Gully Bull. :troll:

I take off 22ish hours a day and spend my entire workout stretching the limits of my body.

One could say I do even lift :troll:

We all know who puts in work in the gym but there's no way you can tell how taxed another man's body in terms of training is. :dame:

I lost 5.5lbs in a week so I’ll keep doing what I’m doing and alter when I begin to plateau or truly need to eat. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I didn’t say they were hunger pangs; I was just craving a bagel in particular because I hadn’t had one in a minute
