Dude was scrawny ah. Said he was gonna hit his cardio, compounds, and isolation all in the same session lolI dunno, I was never a big sauna guy.
If dude lifts hoe weights or looks like a fat piece of crap, then maybe he's not the example we wanna follow. If dude is an absolute beast with the bar or looks like he could step on stage, maybe he's on to something.
As long as dude's body temperature increases, he is technically warming up. Warmer joints and muscles should mean they're more resilient to injury.
Either way I'm not hopping in the sauna before my sets.
