Had a small confrontation with a Fitness Trainer/Influencer this morning. She's was tryna record her clients. One was doing lat pulls and the other was doing pulley curls. Well... I was on the opposite side doing tricep extensions.

She has her phone out recording them. She's rotating around them to get both of them in her shots. Nutty bytch comes up to me and asks in the nastiest way possible "Can you please move? I'm tryna record my clients and you're in the way."

I simply told her that I was there before they got started and I have three more sets. bytch got mad and told the front desk.

Girl at front was cool tho. She basically let her know that they can't interrupt someone's workout for social media or some shyt like that.
I hate people filming shyt with a passion.

I also know @Son Goku wont let me breath until I drop that video of squatting 405 atg.

Going hit it this weekend. I’ll have my nephew record it next week.

One detriment to working out, especially in the winter is that laundry piles up hella fast. :sadcam:
I do laundry 2-3 times a week and I wfh.

I cant justify having sweaty clothes in my laundry bin, longer than a few days.

One thing I’ll say about working out, is that overall you learn to be a more healthy, hygienic, and cleanly person.

Also, since we're talmbout these troglodytes that inhabit the gym: story time.


A :flabbynsick: nikka whom I've never said two words or even given the nod to came up to me yesterday night when I was squatting and told me that if plates fall off of one side it can cause the bar to tip over to the other side and seriously injure somebody.

It was only 4 plates on each side, I'd deliberately taken the safeties off, I'm in the middle rack but there's nobody to either side of me.


I didn't even take the headphones off like :unimpressed: cool, I already know that; there's also nobody around to get hit in the head, and this ain't my first rodeo either.


Dude backed away with the :whoa: talmbout "I'm just trying to help you out".


Later I hop on the same treadmill after this despicable motherfukker and see he did 0.78 miles in 15 minutes. :dead:


Next time he opens his hoe-ass mouth there will be violence. :demonic:
Can’t wait til these noobs disappear.
