Freak accident in the gym this morning.
Today was #fukkLegDayBoys. I was doing dumbbell lunges and heard a loud ass grunt. Truthfully it sounded like a meathead grunt so I thought nothing of it and kept it moving. Then they rang the emergency alarm.
One of the regulars broke his ankle doing squats. Homie's ankle was completely turned inward. The barbell actually hit the track so I was able to see how much weight her was lifting and it was insane. I've watched this dude lift before and he seems to be pretty strong but it looks like he may have gotten carried away this morning.
Since y'all are the homies I just want y'all to be safe getting your gains.
Probably should cop me some knee sleeves instead of fighting my ego and thinking them shyts will make me feel . Cause if those ligaments and joints snap I'll be in a lot more mental anguish.....

I just went up 50lbs on bench. I’ll do more with a fresh start on Monday.
I’m confident I can hit 3 plates with ease though.
