past few days have me to the point where im tired of eating
not a fan of waking up feeling full

dont see how fat people do this all the time
with that said...
...I forgot what the gym was like when youre eating a lot.

weights move easy and the pump you get is insane

1) Fat distribution is genetically pre-determined.

2) You cannot spot reduce (i.e. only lose fat in a specifc place) without surgery.

3) The longer your cut/weight loss journey goes on, the less effectiveyour previous methods and efforts for losing become.

Re-read points 1-3 and then continue.


Conclusion/ tl;dr:
If you've lost weight and still have a gut, you can either: get lipo or a tummy tuck (:mjlol:), say fukk it and KIM :manny: , or keep losing weight until it's gone and then maintain that b.f. level indefinitely.

Almost took a rest day. I’m at an hour and a half and my entire upper body feel like tank :whoo:

Could be. But remember, the dudes asking this question aren't experienced enough to be pulling off recomps and shyt.

84.8 kilos is middleweight division shyt, so dude is prolly just normal skinny-fat status.
