Also weak core so any fat looks like it’s spilling over since the core looking like a water balloon. Might as well commit to pushing iron and spend the next year on a body recompGotcha, but I'm still not hearing a question.
1) Fat distribution is genetically pre-determined.
2) You cannot spot reduce (i.e. only lose fat in a specifc place) without surgery.
3) The longer your cut/weight loss journey goes on, the less effectiveyour previous methods and efforts for losing become.

Conclusion/ tl;dr:
If you've lost weight and still have a gut, you can either: get lipo or a tummy tuck (), say fukk it and KIM , or keep losing weight until it's gone and then maintain that b.f. level indefinitely.
