Skating AND a 2 mile walk. I'm so done...my body is sore and stiff. Sitting down is a problem but damn if I didn't have fun. Didn't get to bed until 6:30 am and I must have passed out because I don't remember a damn thing.

Lol sheesh rough night/morning

adding DDP Yoga to my life. Just downloaded.

Not doing it as a workout but as a way to rehabilitate my back. Serious issues there and I have heard good things about yoga for backs.

It is a long process but I'll update to tell you whether it works for my back and whether it does anything else. Self high five :yayo:

Maaaaaaaan, my family went to church. I went to the gym.

Was having a great lift on back/shoulder day....then on overhead DB press I felt a tweak/twinge in the middle of my upper back. I had to stop, now I fear I'm out for several days. fukk.

God was clearly unhappy with my decision.

Exactly where I went yesterday for mine yesterday...not no damn 2lbs. of meat though. :pachaha:

Put my mom on to medium cooked steak from well done her whole life she had the :wow: face.

Here's my post workout meal from Thursday (I think).

Rocky Balboa wrap from Muscle Makers Grill and a Grilled chicken Caesar salad + pasta salad. The wrap has just under 60 grams of protein it's grilled chicken and turkey meatballs.
