Good. 162 is not much unless you're Super ShortGang (#manlet) so Mos Def keep it going.


A lean 180 by March prolly ain't happening unless you've never touched a weight before, but keep at it and don't rush.



Putting on that big boy weight (bmi 27+) will change your life.


Random brawds will be on some and/or and treat you less like a dusty. Random dudes will mostly either or you (some will be on that and wanna test you, usually scrawny dudes).
