Jef will do for now. A routine I’ll use is better than one I won’t.

Once I get the hang of it (stronger) I’ll adjust. I’m a beginner and some shyt is made for beginners

Then 2 ,1 minute rounds of 135 on bench
2 sets of 225
1 set of 5*225
1*315

2 1 minute sets of 80lb dumbbell press
2 sets of 10*90
1 set of 10*100

Back to cables

12*20
10*22

Ohp shoulder press compound lift
3 sets of 5/5 at 135

4 sets of 1 minute shoulder fly (2 each arm)

According to Nippard, the “sumo deadlift is cheating” argument is contingent on two factors — that an athlete can lift more weight due to the setup and execution of the sumo deadlift, and that the exercise is advantageous due to its purportedly-shorter range of motion.
For the record here, we’re talking about sumo lifts and not mixed grip deadlifts right

My weight stabilized at 185ish so my entire wardrobe is based on that

I get to 200+ i won’t be able to fit anything and the drop in mobility for strength ain’t worth it for me


Edit: also people already think I’m 210+ :ahh:

I’m 220lb and most my clothes still fit. Only thing that changed is that I can no longer where my smedium white tee.

Graduated to the big boys club :to:.


For some reason I think, being pudgy doesn’t sit right and looks horrible as you can gain weight, but when you’re fit, damn near everything fits once you reach a certain size.

Machines and dumbbells do a disservice to most men.

They get FOMO from all the other equipment they see in the gym. When all they need is a barbell, bench and power rack.

All the other accessories lifts are why cats will be going to the gym for months and still look the same. Aside from not pushing themselves hard enough, rest, diet and overtraining.

I’m pretty top heavy (pause) so all my gains go to my back, chest and delts first. I’m like 28 or 30 in pants

Medium is completely out of the question and large is hit or miss. I’m not a fan of wearing on the tighter stuff as it’s just not as comfortable and I do think people would assume I’m just showing off.








Now if I was gifted with highly visible veins like most of the population maybe I’d feel differently
(I’ve never been vascular at any weight, height, bf level. To the point wheee even donating blood be a hassle finding the vein)

Facts.... I suffered from that for years..... Sometimes I'm too damn stubborn amd thought I could figure it all out cause like I had mentioned in a. post above "it's just moving weights how hard could it be?"... ... the years of gainz lost..... :mjcry:
