I actually prolly could do a thousand, but it would take a long-ass time. I've done Murph (non-Rx'd) and used to do hundreds of push-ups a day when I was waiting to go to basic. A better question is why would I want to do all that just so I could be weak like you? :skip:

I am on creatine (everyone should be) and I'm not on test boosters nor do I need them.

Let's just agree that out fitness goals are different and that your workouts take more time to generate lower strength gains. :mjgrin:

I think that's it. What's your goal with the workout you do? Cause I've yet to hear a female ask how many pull ups can I do. It's always oh you lift weights, can you train me i need to get in shape. Hell some even wanna do my sledgehammer tire workout

i just wanted to challenge myself. 100 reps turn into 200, turns into 400 etc. the movements teach you about full body connection and the importance of training with your core. i like the spontaneity and workout environment of the calis too like i said.

It's amazing how everyone is either on vacation, hurt or recovering from an injury, or just had surgery when receipts need to be posted. :mjgrin:

I havent used it but it helped correct my youngest nephew's form.

Kid was all over the place before I couldnt quite correct but now he's hitting the proper range of motion. :dame:


I also got him the bench block, because he wasn't bringing the bar low enough.
