I took that shyt right before my workout and was left unimpressed...... the beta alinine in my EAA drink had more kick.........Since I ain't a regular #Powda taker I thought it could do the job. I had to rely on the pheromones of the Iron to power me through........gotta work on stiff dead lift form, beyond that it was a good workout.
