Been eating fast food and junk food heavy these last few weeks (McDonald's, In-N-Out, Chineeese fooood, donuts, Chick-Fil-A, etc.).

Haven't gained not one pound. :what: :blessed:

I took @Intergalactic Koala advice and ain’t done any type of cardio in a week.

Still cutting weight too. My girl mentioned I look leaner without losing any size (pause) so at least that’s going good for me






two a day GVT for a week here I come

First day in the gym after a long time. I weigh 245 pounds, i was gonna eat ike crazy and try to hit 260 and work it all off.. but fukk that i cant wait any longer..

Think im a do full body all week just so i could get my strentgh back up under me. Do 10-12 reps, 2 different machines, for each body part..

I always start off my workout by hitting the punching bag for 1 whole song none stop, that jump roping for a whole song non stop.. do 3 reps of each than get to it. Lets get it!
