Be at the Smith machine doing 1/16 reps of 275lb benching brehs. Not half or quarter ... not an eighth .... 1/16 of a rep wasting your and brehs waiting time.. Basically unhinged the bar to hinge it back brehs. :aicmon:

Copped myself a Ninja blender last weekend, been killing that ish all week..... #BulkSeason gonna be much easier being able to take a shake or two instesd of always big meals.


That feeling when you realize you acccidentally put on more weight than you planned for the sets, but it don't matter tho cause you banged them out not realizing the difference...:ahh:

:ahh:Copped myself a Ninja blender last weekend, been killing that ish all week..... #BulkSeason gonna be much easier being able to take a shake or two instesd of always big meals.







Chicken Slushies :ahh:

Throw in some tuna, broccoli a little bit of hot sauce on top of the shake with a fried chicken foot on the side then chunk it down.
