Another round of Lyle McDonald for me this summer. I'll run two iterations of the plan over the summer. Soccer is back on the cards every Saturday, at least for June.
My cycling is prob gonna go from 4-5x a week to 2-3x a week since I've switched offices. I don't have much planned over the summer by way of trips or social engagements, so I should be good on the diet.
Gonna go hard for the next 3 months then reassess for the latter 4 months of the year.
